Career Aspirations
I want to get into the world of cybernetics, to understand how the computers work the language required as there is a lot of work in this area.

2011

Leonardo Torres is studying Computer Science. Students on this degree programme learn how to develop programmes and design networks, based on data related to specific issues. The course will enable Leonardo to design, implement, optimize, maintain and analyse software systems, as well as being able to configure and adapt hardware. The rigorous research training students are get will provide them with access to a wide range of careers in businesses, institutions and organizations, or with specialised IT consultancies or providers. Modules studied include Mathematical Analysis, Software Engineering, Physics and Statistics.

Leo is also undertaking a seperate practical qualification which now enables him to earn an income servicing and updating computers to support his studies. He was sponsored individally to achieve this additional qualification.

Lifetime Aspirations
To have a full family life where I can be a role model for my children and help them to study to achieve full careers and be happy and prosperous.

Stage in Educational Journey Now attending Universidad Nacional de Salta.

We are 7 in my household my parents, my two brothers and their partners and a cousin.

How will you use your talents to help the community?
Although my chosen career can have little impact within the community, I will give all of me to show that with motivation, ambition, hard work and some help it is possible to achieve and be happy.
