Policies and procedures

The David Mather Foundation is recognised as a charity in England and Wales by the Charity Commission.

The Trustees have a duty to make sure that the charity is properly run, and that funds are spent appropriately and in accordance with our objectives. Please see links for details of how the charity is set up and how our finances work.

As such, it is important that we implement and adhere to policies, procedures and other documents which cover various aspects of the charity, and these are detailed below. The Foundation is still very young and as such we are ratifying new policies often, and are making additions to existing ones. At all times though, we will endeavour to show the latest versions on this page.
