We have discovered fantastic ways of adding to the coffers through everyday web usage so please read on. You can help us whilst undertaking your normal on line tasks like shopping and even searching the web. All you need to do is add this link to your favourites bar so you remember to access a really wide range of retailers through the spend and raise/DMF site, and register with the search engine, its so easy!
Spend and Raise: Raise more with our eStore
Do you frequently shop online for groceries, gifts, books, clothes, toys, holidays, hotels, mobile
phone contracts, insurance, or just order a Pizza or rent a movie on a Friday night?
If so, you can now raise a commission for us when you shop online with 1000 retailers from the
convenience of your own home at no extra cost to you.
How does it work?
In order to earn a commission for our cause with your online shopping, simply click through to a
retailer’s website via an image/text link on our eStore. This will show a short interval page which
tells you that you’re now leaving Spend and Raise and entering the retailer’s website where you
browse and shop as usual.
If a purchase is made, a commission is generated and given back to our eStore. To find out how
much commission you can earn for each retailer, visit the ‘Retailer A-Z’ on the site.
Will it really not cost me more?
Shopping via the eStore won’t cost you a penny more – in fact, you can often even save money by
checking out the ‘Today’s offers’ section which the Spend and Raise team update all the time with
offers such as free delivery, 3 for 2, 10% off etc.
Do I have to create a Supporter’s account and log in every time to earn a commission?
No, you don’t have to create a supporter account to raise a commission. By visiting our eStore,
clicking through and purchasing from the retailer, the sale will be tracked and Spend and Raise can
identify it and then allocate the commission to us.
However, there are some great benefits when you log in to your supporter’s account before making
a purchase: You’ll be able to track your purchases in your account and also have your name appear
on the ‘List of Latest Fundraisers’ (you can tick und un-tick this option in your account’s settings any
time). You can also tick a box to receive the Spend and Raise weekly newsletter with offers and other
important news.
I forgot my password – help! Please use the forgotten password link that appears when you hover over ‘Supporter Login’ which will send you an email with a link to change the password again. Alternatively, you can email info@spendandraise.com and they’ll be happy to help you. Any other questions, please read the FAQ section on our eStore or email info@spendandraise.com.
1.Every time you search the internet
There is a site www.everyclick.com which is a search engine, instead of Google. Although it is not quite as good as Google, for everyday searching it is more than good enough. Anyway, one earns a penny for every search and in one day we have earned 40p using it, so the potential is great! It already has David Mather Foundation loaded into it. So now we just need to get everyone to use this instead of Google so we can be earning money every day!
